Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options worldwide, no matter where you live.  We looked carefully at the international rates offered by Amazon ($14 average) and we feel they are highly competitive.  Do look for promo codes that we will offer regularly.

North America = FREE 

All Other Locations = $12 **there might be some cases where certain items cost a bit more to ship** Please contact us if you have any questions.   

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

    •    Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, and quality checks. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for processing and are dispatched within 2–4 days.

    •    Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you. Delivery usually takes about 10-15 business days.  In few cases, for high demand items, shipping can take up to 30 days.  Please be patient and know we are intently working to get you your goods as soon as physically possible. 

So that you get the fastest possible shipping, you might receive orders in multiple packages and at different times as our products are designed by different manufacturers.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’ll try our best to make things right! Along with all relevant consumer rights, you have our 30-day money back guarantee.

At Queen of the Kitchen we accept returns and provide an exchange voucher, repair or refund (using the original payment method), where the item is faulty or not fit for its intended purpose; we’ll even refund your shipping costs. All returns must be presented with original proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline a refund request where the fault is a result of misuse or neglect for reasons not due to our error.

Do not return items to the manufacturer but contact us through our contact page or email us directly at support@queenofthekitchen.com.au for the correct return address.

Once your items have been received and inspected you will be sent an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a follow up with an approval or rejection of your refund. If your return has been approved, you can expect your refund to appear 10-15 business days; this includes the time it takes to process your return (3-5 business days) and the time it takes for your bank or payment method to proceed our refund request (5-10 business days).

Change of mind

At Queen of the Kitchen, you have 30 days to return your items for a refund or exchange on full priced items as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging, and accessories are included.

Some items are ineligible for refunds including sale items, gift cards, personalised items, downloadable software products, perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines.

For all change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
